Dr. Saporito sees a wide range of clients with varying issues, but has a particular interest and specialty in diagnosing and supporting adults with ADHD and Autism. Dr. Saporito is a board member of the American Professional Society of ADHD and Related Disorders (APSARD), as well as a member of the World Federation of ADHD. She is a fierce advocate for improved identification and diagnoses of these conditions in underserved and marginalized populations through her professional participation in APSARD activities. She is Co-Chair of the APSARD Women & Girls Special Interest Group, and served on the APSARD Health Equity Task Force, resulting in a report with recommendations for steps APSARD can take to support equity in the field of ADHD and related conditions worldwide as an ongoing endeavor. She has participated as a mentor in the APSARD mentor program since its inception, as she is passionate about working with colleagues to improve understanding of both ADHD and autism across clinical specialties.

When she is not working, she is raising her family, traveling, gardening, cooking and trying to practice all of the things she teaches her clients. She loves to make the journey of therapy feel safe and fun, and a collaborative experience. She is eternally grateful for the opportunity to accompany each and every client on their journey of self-understanding and self-exploration and learns from everyone with whom she works.
